The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The staff at the reception were very helpful, even though they had limited hours. The room was clean and spacious enough to open my luggage comfortably. I appreciated the ample seating areas where I could relax.
There were a few drawbacks. there were some drunk people around the street at night, making it a bit noisy outside.

The bathrooms at Akara Perth were fantastic! They had showers with complimentary toiletries and hair dryers, making it super convenient for us trekkers. The rooms also had bed linen and towels, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our own. Plus, having a wardrobe in every room was a great touch!
I personally didn't care for the complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just me!

The location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed the fact that the room was clean and well-maintained, with high ceilings that made it feel even more spacious.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the noise from the nearby street and railway line was quite disruptive, especially when trying to sleep at night.

We loved the spacious and clean apartment with separate bedroom and bathroom. The basic crockery and cutlery provided were great for our family. The location, close to the Perth railway station and supermarkets, was very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The upgrade to a room with a bathroom was well worth it.
Felt snug, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is conveniently located close to all public transport, including the train station. This makes it easy to explore the city and beyond. Additionally, there are several eating places nearby, providing plenty of dining options for guests. The hotel is situated in a lively area, giving it a vibrant atmosphere.
The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired, with complaints of stained carpets and unclean bathrooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was large and luxurious, and even though it was shared, everyone was respectful and kept it clean. The staff were lovely and left me alone to enjoy a peaceful and restful sleep for 12 hours straight. They even were very good too return my misplaced ID without disturbing me.

Great staff who were helpful and friendly. Amazing location in close proximity to transportation and attractions. - Enjoyed the convenience of a nearby train station.
Interior of the hotel needs improvement and doesn't match the photos online. Security was lacking as the key was left in the room without proper measures.

The hotel's decor was absolutely charming, with a touch of elegance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and I especially appreciated the cozy sitting areas where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with easily accessible ramps, wide corridors, and handrails in strategic places. It made navigating the hotel a breeze for someone like me, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have more staff available to assist with any needs. While the staff members were friendly and helpful, a couple of times I found myself waiting longer than expected for assistance.
